Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love the fit. If you need to change sizes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags/packaging attached.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item back to us for a size exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange the replacement size.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For approved faulty items, we will offer either:

An exchange/replacement, or
A refund where appropriate.

We may request photos of the fault or damage before approving the return.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection, but we are happy to help with a size exchange within the 14-day window.

Return Conditions

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be in original condition. If an item is worn, washed, damaged, marked, or not in resaleable condition, the exchange may be refused.
